Terms and Conditions

These terms cover every order placed on this site and every visit to it. Read them before you order.

We can change them. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that governs your order.

Company name on the register, registered address and commercial register number: to confirm.

You order by filling in the checkout form and pressing Place order. Every field marked required has to be filled in, including a phone number we can reach you on.

We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships. That confirmation is where the contract between you and Hajjo begins.

We can decline an order. A piece may already be sold, a price may be wrong, or we may not be able to reach the address. We tell you if that happens and you owe nothing.

Changing an order after it is confirmed: to confirm.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include tax. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the goods.

Delivery cost and any free delivery threshold: to confirm.

You can pay cash on delivery or by card at delivery. The courier carries a card machine. Card schemes accepted: to confirm.

With cash on delivery nothing is taken from you before the order reaches you. You pay the courier at the door.

If a price on the site is wrong we contact you before we ship and you decide whether to go ahead at the correct price.

We deliver across Egypt. Orders arrive in 2 to 4 working days.

You can collect from any of the five stores instead, free of charge.

The courier hands the parcel over at the address on the order. If nobody is there the courier calls you and arranges another attempt.

The goods become your responsibility once they are handed over at that address.

Delivery can take longer over public holidays. We tell you when your order is affected.

Return window from the day the order arrives: to confirm.

Pieces come back unworn, with the labels attached, in the packaging they arrived in, with the receipt.

Anything sent free with the order comes back with it.

A piece altered or made to your measure cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Refunds go back the way you paid. Orders paid cash on delivery are refunded in cash. Return courier fee: to confirm.

Tell us if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not the one you ordered. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and a photograph.

We repair it, replace it or refund it. On a faulty piece we pay the courier both ways.

Period for reporting a manufacturing fault: to confirm.

You can cancel before the order ships. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number.

Once it has shipped, cancel it as a return.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has been in your account.

We can close an account used to abuse the site, the stores or the staff.

The photographs, the text, the patterns and the Hajjo marks belong to Hajjo. Use them to shop with us. Copying them for anything else needs our written permission.

We keep the site working, but we do not promise it is free of faults or available at all times.

Do not try to break into the site or load anything harmful onto it.

We answer for the pieces we sell and for getting them to you as agreed.

We do not answer for delays caused by things outside our control, such as customs, weather or a courier strike. We tell you when one of those reaches your order.

Nothing here takes away a right you have under Egyptian consumer law.
